About The Baldy Marathons

The Baldy Marathons is a Running race in Trabuco Canyon, California consisting of a 100 Mile Trail Run (Ultra) and 100K Trail Run (Ultra) and 20 Mile Trail Run and 40 Mile Trail Run (Ultra).

This is a West Coast Alpine Version of the Barkley Marathons.
A 20 mile loop with 10,000 feet of gain.
*THIS COURSE IS NOT MARKED*.

Baldy Marathons is a 100 Mile Challenge.
Everyone who starts can go for the 100 Miler.
You will also get credit for the distance that you finish (on time), for 20 miles, 50k, 40 miles, and the 100k.
No DNF's or DNS's here.

This course is ideal for the crazy runner that loves steep, technical, off trail rugged terrain.
It is not for beginners who do not have experience running on these types of terrain.
