The Gut Check 5K All Terrain Run is a Running race in Ramona, California consisting of a 5K Trail Run, and Obstacle & Mud Runs race consisting of a 1 Mile Novelty Run (Short)

The Gut Check 5k - All Terrain Run is part trail and mud run with a healthy dose of Mother Nature's obstacles mixed in for fun. You'll also find some hills, hollers, streams and an EPIC slip-n-slide. Everyone can do it as long as you have the drive and determination to keep going, not quit and in the words of Joe Dirt, keep on keepin' on.
