Founded by two-time stroke survivor, Richard Horton, HFS provides valuable stroke-related nutritional and lifestyle education, and healthcare information. Now in its third season, the Pasadena 5K Walk & Run for Stroke Prevention advances stroke awareness and supports stroke survivors and caregivers across the greater Los Angeles county and San Gabriel valley communities.
