The Mountain View Fire Drill 5K/10K is a Running race in Mountain View, California consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 10K and 5K.
Both the 5K and 10K run through beautiful Shoreline Park with views of the Bay and Wetlands. Kids' Fun Run stays within the grounds of Shoreline Park, Lot E.
Proceeds benefit Mountain View Fire Fighter's Random Acts 501(c)3. Our purpose is to perform random acts of good in the Mountain View area and sometimes in the state. Often, as firefighters respond to calls for help, we observe situations where people need a helping hand or something that will improve their quality of life. We look for opportunities to compassionately meet the needs of people and make a difference through our random acts of kindness.
