Hello Heart & Sole participants! Last year was an exciting year with a new course and great support on every mile! We thank our participants for all the great comments and we passed along the comments to our course volunteer groups! We are very pleased to have HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital again on board as the Heart & Sole Banner Sponsor!
As always the course Is a USATF certified course, will be well marked, with lots of volunteers and activity on the course. Police will be present in certain places. There will be water & snack stations all along the courses. The HealthSouth Don't Hit the Wall stops will
