The Run for a Reason - Avondale 5K is a Running race in Birmingham, Alabama consisting of a 5K.

The theme of this event is Run for a Reason. 100% of the proceeds raised will be used to sozo (save or rescue) vulnerable children in Uganda, East Africa.

Race through the heart of Avondale, just outside downtown Birmingham. All levels are welcome, whether you crawl or run, we want you to join us! So bring the family! Your pets are welcome too!

After the run, stick around for local food trucks, vendors, and special activities for the kids!
