The Rope Mill Dirty Duathlon and 3.3M Trail Run is a Duathlon race in Woodstock, Georgia consisting of a Sprint, and Running race consisting of a 3.3 Mile Trail Run
The two biking sections will be approximately 5.5 miles each and take place on the Taylor Randahl Memorial Mountain Bike Trails. The bike course will run clockwise on the Mill Trails and counterclockwise on the Avalanche Trail, and include all three trail loops. The run will be approximately 3.3 miles and will take place on the Explorer trail on the south side of the river, just past I-575. The run will also be in the counterclockwise direction, and includes the loop that is across the paved road near the pump station.
