A Must-Do!

This race was awsome, and I'm not originally from Boston and don't even really care for the Red Sox. They did a nice job with the wave starts (a change from previous Spartan Races I have participated in) and nothing beats doing push-ups in the locker room, running out through the

Needed more Plan B for the weather challenges. Not enough tent space for beer and pizza! Easy parking and proximity to metro was helpful.

Rowley 5K Run

I've run this race for the past 10 years. This event attracts some very elite runners in the Classic 10K. Frank Shorter, 1972 Olympic Gold medalist returns very year from Coloroado for this event. Frank grew up in Middletown. Nice hometown feel here. I run to support Josh's team.
