The Polar Bear 5K is a Running race in Denver, Colorado consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.


You run faster when it's cold, right? Get a great time and have a great time at the Polar Bear 5K! And new this year you also have the option to sign up for the Polar Bear Challenge: run the 5K and then stand in a bucket of ice water OR plunge into an ice bath (or do both)!! All donations (min. $5) from the Challenge support our charity partners, Girls on the Run and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. Come on! All the cool runners are doing it!
