Pace Bend Ultra - Spicewood, Texas - Cycling

The Pace Bend Ultra is a Cycling race in Spicewood, Texas consisting of a Time Trial.

This chip timed non-drafting road event features 3, 6, 12, and 24 Hour ultra marathon style races at Pace Bend Park.

Located 30-minutes west of Austin, TX the hilly 6.2 mile loop features smooth asphalt, stunning views of Lake Travis and an after party with all the fixins! Come early. Ride Hard!

The 24 Hour event is a Race Across America Qualifier and part of the Texas Ultra Cup! Please note: space is limited. To protect the non-drafting integrity of the event we are limiting the race to 100 riders on the course at any one time which means we will sell out!

Rules a Helmets must be worn when on bicycle. Drafting NOT allowed for any category. Relay teams may only have one rider on course at a time, but may switch riders in the pits as often as desired.

Awards - Everyone who finishes receives an award. To be considered a finisher one must ride the following distances in the duration selected: 24 Hour = 32 laps (198.4 miles), 12 Hour = 18 laps (111.6 miles), 6 Hour = 9 laps (55.8 miles), 3 Hour = 5 laps (31 miles).

6 Hour A vs 6 Hour B - 2 Start Time Options! The 6 Hour A race starts Saturday Feb 1 at Noon & the 6 Hour B event starts Sunday February 2 at 8AM CST. The 6 Hour A races sold out. The 6 Hour A and 6 Hour B races are considered separate events with separate results and awards.
