Pace and Pedal - Black River Falls, Wisconsin - Running

The Pace and Pedal is a Running race in Black River Falls, Wisconsin consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K, and Duathlon race consisting of a Sprint

Black River Memorial Hospital has scheduled the Pace and Pedal Duathlon at Wazee Lake Recreation Area. The chip-timed duathlon begins at 8:00 a.m. and includes a 5.7-mile run and a 10.3-mile bike ride. Participants can enter individually or register as a team. The cost is $30 per person or $50 for a two-person team.

The second event, beginning at 8:15 a.m. is the 5k Wazee Fun Run/Walk. There will not be chip timing for this event but there will be a timing unit at the finish line for those who want to know their results. The cost for this event is $20 per person. Families are welcome to bring strollers.

The last event beginning at 10:00 a.m. is the .8-mile Youth Race. This event is free for youth 12 and under and registrants will receive a Jackson in Action race headband and a participant medal.
