About The Monster Dash 5K

The Monster Dash 5K is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in Cheyenne, Wyoming consisting of a 5K Novelty Run/Walk and Youth/Kids.

Join the fun and support the Warren Spouses' Club for our third annual 5K fundraiser, the Monster Dash 5K!

Packet pickup and same day registration begins at 7:30am; race begins promptly at 9am. Must register before September 29th to guarantee a shirt!

Halloween costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory. This timed 5k fun run will start and finish at Lions Park. The course route will take participants around the lake and around the golf course.

Prizes awarded for top finishers and best costumes, so come dressed to win!
