The Evan Lieberman Westchester Medical Center Trauma Mud Run is a 5K foot race in which participants traverse over, under and through a series of challenging obstacles including tire swings, cargo nets, a fire tower, running streams, a giant mud pit and more. The event is a true endurance race, one that tests runnersa physical and mental abilities. It is also an important fundraiser for Westchester Medical Centeras Joel A.
