Wadena Zombie Run - Wadena, Minnesota - Obstacle & Mud Runs

The Wadena Zombie Run is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in Wadena, Minnesota consisting of a 4.5K Novelty Run (Short).

Wadena Zombie Run is a (not quite) 5k family fun run with zombies along the course grabbing for your flags. Each runner receives 3 flags at registration check-in the day of the event.

Along the route, runners will encounter unexpected obstacles and zombies after their flags.

If a runner loses all 3 flags, they're a goner - unable to survive the zombies and claim their medal.

The run is untimed and runners will not be chased, but the obstacles may be tricky to overcome and zombies could be anywhere.

Runners with at least 1 flag remaining after the finish line will receive SURVIVOR medals to prove they conquered the course and outran the zombies.
