The Run For Your Life Zombie 5K and Monster Dash is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in Oakland, Maryland consisting of a 5K Novelty Run (Short).
Run For Your Life! Zombie 5K is a fun but competitive run through downtown Oakland, MD. Zombies will chase you during the route and try to steal flags from your belt (included with registration). Escape if you can! There will also be a Monster Dash for children under the age of 10. $5 for children to participate, sign up on race day. Children will receive a gift bag for participating. Come join us for the run, 1 mile walk, Monster Dash, and other fun activities.
