About The Zombie Warrior 5K

The Zombie Warrior 5K is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in Berea, Kentucky consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K (Short).

This is a fundraiser for Foley Middle School Boys Basketball. There will be 2 events. First there will be a Spooky Sprint for kids ages 8 years and under, at 5:00, before the main event. The Spooky Sprint race will be held on the football field. A first place trophy goes to the kid who sprints the length of the football field the fastest and a ribbon for second and third place. Costumes are welcomed for this event.

THE MAIN EVENT. Ever been in a bad dream that has you running around in circles? The Zombie Warrior 5k has participants running or walking the paved trail that circles theKeep Reading park. During this time you will encounter Zombies that are hungry! Hungry for Lives!!!

The race is a timed event so all the runners and/or walkers will have a bib so their time can be accurately recorded. However, participants can choose to either run or walk along the zombie filled trail just for time, or they can choose to wear a sash that has 3 flags loosely attached that represents lives. You get thought the 5K with a life you get entered to win a drawing for a prize. Trophies/ribbons will be given out to the race winners

Participant must have a number and a life(lives) left at the end of race to be entered into the drawing for prizes.
