About The Colors of ICC - Fun Run
The Colors of ICC - Fun Run is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in North Chicago, Illinois consisting of a 5K Novelty Run (Short).
Rosalind Franklin University invites you to sign-up for the Colors of ICC Fun Run, a family friendly run/walk where participants get sprinkled, splashed and sprayed with non-toxic color powder. The run is to benefit the Interprofessional Community Clinic (ICC), a student-led free clinic operated by volunteer health professionals and Rosalind Franklin University and DePaul University students. Since its opening, the ICC has provided care for more than six hundred Lake County citizens in dire need of health services. The clinic offers patient-centered primary care as well as specialty care in the areas of podiatric medicine, physical therapy, psychology, women's health and pharmacy counseling. In addition, the clinic is able to serveKeep Reading its patients by providing free vaccinations, lab services, glucometers, and diabetes education classes. The ICC, in partnership with Rosalind Franklin and the community, seeks to continue providing accessible quality healthcare for the under-served in an environment in which students, health professionals, patients and community members are able to learn from one another by working together.
