very fun even in the extremely hard to move in beach sand and mud. Also the swamp was very pretty to run a long in the fog.

This race had good timing, water and that is about it. The course in my for me or anyone that likes a 5K race. Too many turns and not marked well at all.

The metal was a little piece of wood that is about 1.5 inches.
