Many of you have been asking WILL THIS EVENT CONTINUTE AS PLANNED? and rightfully so, as Onion River Sports has officially closed its doors. As heartbreaking as this decision has been for staff, customers, and the greater outdoor community, we assure you THE SHOW WILL GO ON and the Muddy Onion will live again! There are a number of former ORS employees and community members diligently working to bring the dream of an ORS Version 2.0 to fruition and raise the Phoenix from the ashes. Please bear with us as we set aside our cycling caps for the moment, don our thinking caps, and pull all the necessary pieces together to reenvision a community hub as kick-ass as ORS managed to be for over four decades. But you know what? This isn't about us. This is about you: the cyclist, the hiker, the runner, the aspiring outdoor adventurer, the kid on their first bike, the weekend warrior, the powder hound, the pond hockey champ, the disc golf fanatic, the mountain solitude-seeker. We're putting it all on the line to stay a part of this amazing community and we hope you join us for the journey...and another rip-roaring good time at the Muddy Onion.
