Millersylvania Trail Races - Olympia, Washington - Running

The Millersylvania Trail Races is a Running race in Olympia, Washington consisting of a 50K.

A relatively new trail race, this is the second year for the 10k and the first year for the 50k and 30k. The race is brought to you from your new friends Outdoor Arts & Recreation!

The race has been created by Rainshadow Running's founder James Varner as a fundraiser for Interfaith Works Emergency Overnight Shelter which provides critical support for the homeless of Olympia/Thurston Co 100% of your entry fee is being donated by the race to the shelter!

The race course is fun and relatively flat(only about 300ft of elevation gain per loop) so it's great for beginners or folks wanting a fast time and a super scenic race. The route is mostly single track trail and goes through mossy, dense, old forest, past lakes, alongside creeks, etc. And like all races that James organizes FUN is emphasized and folks are encouraged to hangout afterwards and enjoy a big selection of food and drinks including local micro-brew beer.
