This race is a bit expensive but totally worth the price. It's extremely well run, very well supported, and you can't beat the views as you run through Arlington and DC.

After doing two marathons in Napa (beautiful .... but yawn) NYC was a completely different experience. I was totally amazed at the number of people lining the streets for over 90% of the race! The large crowd was so supportive and kind. They really got me through some tough miles. I

I really enjoyed the race, Iam glad that runners were released in waves because it made the traffic less congested. The one thing I wish was that if you are a walker to wait for the walking race. It makes it difficult to maneuver around the walkers while running. I liked
