The Louisiana Triathlon is a Triathlon race in New Roads, Louisiana consisting of a Super Sprint.
Louisiana Tri was founded in 1983 and the tradition of a well organized sprint triathlon remains strong. It became a member of the Rocketkidz Foundation (RKF) family in 2012 with 100% of the proceeds from the race benefiting RKF. The race takes place on False River, in New Roads, Louisiana and attracts athletes thought the south.

The Louisiana Triathlon features an 800m swim, a flat 17-mile bike ride out to the Mississippi River, and a flat and fast 5K in historic New Roads. The race wraps up with awards and a finish festival at The Landing Bar, on the banks of False River.
