Jake was a precious 2 year old boy who passed away Thanksgiving weekend 2013 in a tragic drowning incident. The Live Like Jake Foundation is very passionate about raising awareness for drowning prevention and providing swim scholarships to those who can't afford them as well as assist families financially who have suffered the loss of a loved one or have a child with critical care needs. Childhood drowning is preventable and we have made it our mission to save lives! Annual Live Like Jake 5k Run/Walk is a chip timed 5k race and 1mile walk at Abacoa in Jupiter, FL.
