The Sebago Lake Triathlon is a fun, adult triathlon that takes place at Point Sebago Resort each June. For the Olympic event the swim will be a .9 mile swim in the calm basin of Point Sebago Lake (see course maps for more details). The bike course will include two loops of the same great sprint bike course and two loops of the run course. The Sprint triathlon is a .3 mile swim in Sebago Lake, a 13.8 mile bike around the scenic town of Casco, Maine and a 3.3 mile run through the Point Sebago Resort, the tradition continues.
