Course
Featuring a 3.8km sea swim from the sandy Front Strand Beach in Youghal, followed by a 180km bike course along the undulating coastal roads and fishing villages of Ireland's coast and ending in a fast and flat 42.2km run through the ancient 5th century town of Youghal, this race will connect you to the heart of Ireland's cultural heritage.
Swim
Starting at the popular sandy Front Strand Beach, athletes will complete the swim course in the Celtic Sea. With Youghal lighthouse as the backdrop, athletes will get a true feel for the destination right from the start before cycling through Ireland's Ancient East Coast.
Bike
The two-lap 180.2 km (112 mile) bike course heads straight out into the rolling Irish countryside with a combination of flat and undulating roads with magnificent views. The course takes athletes through Youghal and the infamous Windmill Hill.

Run
New run course taking in more of Youghal town, creating a more atmospheric run experience. Great for supporters!
The four-loop 42.2 km (26.2 mile) run course is the highlight of this event. Athletes run through the centre of the historical town of Youghal, taking in Youghal Harbour and the famous Clock Gate Tower. An ideal supporter hotspot gives athletes the opportunity to enjoy the cheers from their supporters all the way to the finish line at the buzzing Market Square.
