Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau - Baden-W�rttemberg - Triathlon

The Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau is a Triathlon race in Baden-W�rttemberg, consisting of a Half Ironman.

Land of 1,000 Hills
Known as the land of 1,000 hills, the Kraichgau region offers beautiful scenery, a challenging course, and a deep triathlon culture. The landscape's constantly changing scenery from woodlands, to vineyards and orchards create a peaceful contrast to the thousands of spectators along the course at this energetic race.

Swim
The one-loop 1.9 km (1.2 mile) ROKA swim course takes place near the Hardtsee leisure center. Expect huge crowds to turn up in the early morning as you complete the clockwise swim before a short run into transition.

Bike
The one-loop 90 km (56 mile) Ventum bike course shows why the region carries the nickname "land of a thousand hills". There will be climbs, there will be fast straights and there will be the "Schindelberg" offering you a breathtaking view of the whole region.

Run
The three-loop 21.1 km (13.1 mile) HOKA run course should be a bucket list item for every athlete as it leads you past the finish line area not one, but two times. Once again, thousands of specators will show up to carry you home a" and to the finish line.
