Highlands Twilight 5K - Highlands, North Carolina - Running

The Highlands Twilight 5K is a Running race in Highlands, North Carolina consisting of a 5K.

Come join us for the annual Rotary Club of Highlands Twilight 5K. (Formerly Twilight Rock n Roll 5k.) Fun for the whole family,strollers welcome, walkers welcome, yet will be challenging for experienced runners. We will order extra shirts after that date, which will be first come first serve. Glow sticks for the kids. Everyone crossing the finish line gets a beer from the Ugly Dog Pub. There will be a Rock n Roll concert by Tea Four Three, Highlands own rock n roll band during and after the race 6-10 PM. Awards presented to overall top male and female, top Masters and Grand Masters, and top 3 finishers in each 5 yr age division. Kids under 5 run for free. Kids under 10 are $10.00 shirt not included. This is the premier 5k event in beautiful Highlands NC. Come race and spend the weekend in our beautiful town. Last year we had almost 300 runners, this year should be over 300. Kelsey-Hutchison Park will be completely renovated. This year we are excited to bring chip timing by Runners Fit Race Works.
