Nothing super special about the race itself (although, it was wonderfully flat) but it was pretty cool as part of the Nebraska State Fair. You can basically run the race, take a shower (they offer free showers there), and then wander the state fair eating fried oreos and other fun

As with all Rock n Roll races, the logistics of packet pickup, race start, aid stations, finish corrals are all taken care of and easy for first timers to figure out. Weather was clear and a perfect 45 degrees. Good crowds on course. Only Negative is you MUST pay
