Funky Monkey Half Marathon - Seekonk, Massachusetts - Running

The Funky Monkey Half Marathon is a Running race in Seekonk, Massachusetts consisting of a Half Marathon and 5K.

Come join us for the annual Castle Awards Half Marathon/5k at the Seekonk YMCA in Seekonk ,MA. This race ricks off at 8am and will take you throughout the beautiful countryside of Sekonk and Rehoboth,MA. There will be 6 water stops and 2 restrooms on the course as wel as plenty of volunteers as well as a lead car and a follow car. most of the couse is flat with a couple of small hill to keep you honest . The course is relatively flat, with just a few small hills. It is what I generally refer to as New England flat (though the elevation chart doesn't look like it - there wasn't much elevation change so the little changes look large) with a nice downhill finish. There are 7 water stops, 2 energy stations and 2 porta potty's along the course. There is also a lead car as well as a folow car throughout the course.
