Still one of my top 5 favorite 5K races. Well organized run on a beautiful course. Digital mile time clocks were spot on. Beer, (limit two beers) watermelon, pretzels at the finish line. If you registered early enough you had your name on your race bib. I like that.

I ran the 5K this year. I would have liked to have run the 10K it's an earlier start , cooler with less runners but didn't have the training miles in so opted for the 5K Run. NJM hired a new Race Director who did a great job and so

I've been running this race since 1999. It's a beautiful little neighborhood close to the Naval Academy. I love the race so much, I'm now the current race director.
