I was so excited to run this race. I even arrived early to pick a big pumpkin and run with it. The race course was fun, it was a beautiful settings, and the obstacles were very simple (except the last one) and perfect for completing while holding a pumpkin.

The Philly marathon was my first marathon! Prior to signing up I had heard a lot of good things about the Philadelphia marathon from people in my running club. They commented on the crowd support to the scenic course and boy did it live up to the hype! It was such

Pros

1) I liked the race course. Although I know it wasn't easy because of the hills, what goes up must comes down. The first few miles had a good amount of hills but they weren't too steep, and going downhill was really helpful.
