The race is now the Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival - please remove this race is a Duathlon race in , New York consisting of a Sprint.

Set in beautiful Hague, NY, this grassroots event will take you back to the good old days of pure, athlete centered racing.

Saturday kicks off the festival with live music, food and fun for all ages with Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, Sprint and Olympic AquaBikes followed by a Kids Triathlon (11 & Under 100m swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run or 12 -17 200m swim, 6 mile bike, 1 mile run) . Individuals or relay teams will love the course layout with a start in the crystal clear waters of Lake George and then scenery rich courses for both the bike and the run.

Sunday is a Sprint Duathlon. For over-achievers, you can race on both Saturday and Sunday by competing in either the Sprint or the Olympic on Saturday and then the Duathlon on Sunday for bigger and better prizes and bragging rights.

Relay teams of 2 or 3 people are welcome to join in the fun.

All races are USAT sanctioned and all rules and regulations apply, and there will be no refunds for this event.
