The Row'd Runner 5K Duathlon is a Duathlon race in Gainesville, Florida consisting of a Sprint.

Serious and recreational runners, multi-sport athletes, and kids/families, come challenge yourselves at the first annual Gainesville Area Rowing Row and Run Duathlon starting at First Magnitude Brewery in Gainesville. Participants will row 2 kiliometers on a rowing machine followed by a 3 kilometer run on the scenic Hawthorne Trail. All proceeds will benefit Gainesville Area Rowing, a non- profit corporation promoting rowing as a sport for high school students, middle school students, and adults in the Gainesville and Alachua County area.
