The Proud to DU It- Youth Duathlon is a Duathlon race in New London, Connecticut consisting of a Super Sprint, and Triathlon race consisting of a Super Sprint

YOUTH Duathlon- Can you run and ride a bike? Are looking for a new challenge? We will have different distances for each age group. This is a family friendly event where we encourage all abilities to enter and complete the course. Timing splits will be recorded for all 5 areas and medals will be awarded to every finisher. Music and food will follow. Transition and finish line will be in the NLHS parking lot this year. Everyone will run and bike on closed roads/trails. Training wheels can be used. Helmets are required for all. One time $10 USAT membership will be added at checkout if you are not already a USAT member. Membership covers all USAT events for the year, including Proud to TRI, Norwich Splash and Dash etc. This is one of the three TRIPLE CROWN events.
