The swim is in a fresh water lake.The bike and run will be contested on roadsthough scenic farmland.The course is flat and fast.
Just completed this sprint triathlon, a very mediocre experience at best. The swim is just awful - the water is disgusting - dirty and murky, start line is a good 20-30 meters in, so you're treading while waiting to start (and trying to start your Garmin while you're treading). All sorts More...
