The Dip and Dash is a Swim - Run Aquathlon event. This is the third race of a three race series. You can register for the remaining two races or this race as a stand alone event.
For those of you training for a triathlon, looking for a great Sunday morning workout, this one's for you! It's a three race series and you can choose to do one, two, or all three. If you do two or more you will be included in the points series for awards for the series.
This event is held in conjunction with the Tri Santa Cruz race. You will swim 1500 m and run 10K along with the International distance triathletes, or you can choose the shorter Sprint distance option and swim 750 yard and run a 5K.
