Love the walk. Great stuff. I walked with the Toronto Fire Cheif. We both walked in our fire fear. My wife cheered me on. No complaints.

All distances are trail runs. Not suggested for 5K Road Runners Not suggested for older people

This race had good timing, water and that is about it. The course in my for me or anyone that likes a 5K race. Too many turns and not marked well at all.

The metal was a little piece of wood that is about 1.5 inches.
