Join Tour de Troit in a cycling celebration of the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. This is a free ride, but registration is required. Families are encouraged.
The ride will take off at 10 a.m. and will begin and end at McGregor Memorial Conference Center on the campus of Wayne State University. After the ride, hot chocolate is being kindly provided by Wayne State University. The route is approximately 10 miles and will take in several historical sites relevant to King and other local activists that were integral to the 1963 March to Freedom and the impact of the I Have a Dream speech delivered at CoboKeep Reading Arena afterwards.
