The Annual Chattanooga Century Bike Ride (formerly 2 State 4 County Pedaling for Prevention) takes place along the scenic Tennessee-Georgia borders. Starting at Coahulla Creek High School in Dalton, Georgia, you will cross multi-counties as you ride through forested ridges and rolling hills. Good paved roads follow gently flowing mountain streams as you pass through beautiful pasture land rich in Native American history. The 35, 68, and 100 mile routes take you by Red Clay State Historic Park, the seat of Cherokee government from 1832 until the start of the Trail of Tears in 1838. The 68 mile route runs concurrently with the century route.
