Center for Fitness and Health Indoor Triathlon - Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania - Triathlon

The Center for Fitness and Health Indoor Triathlon is a Triathlon race in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania consisting of a Super Sprint.

500yd pool swim, done in 6 person heats launched at 15 minute intervals. 8 mile Spinning bike cycling portion 2 mile flat track run The pool is 80 degrees, no need for wetsuits. Cycling shoes not needed.

Heats will be posted on Friday, February 19th. You may call 724-379-5100 to get your start time after 12pm. Start times will not be changed before the event once they are set. Heats are determined by your estimated finish time.

Participants may arrive after 7:00 am. You must check in at the pool at least 15 minutes before your heat starts to get marked and confirm your start time. If you miss your start time, you will be moved to the end of the event in the first available heat.

In the past, we have allowed participants to freewheel on the Spinning bikes, ie., ride with no resistance. Moving forward, for safety reasons, all participants will have some pre-set resistance on the flywheel.
