The race was really well organized from the course markings all the way down to the finish line area/post-race setup. The race director has improved each year the prizes and giveaways and it really gives the race a nice touch.

Would definitely run this race again next year!

Excellent and engaged entertainment and spirit throughout! Great balance of water and Gatorade and GU. Meaningful display of faces of the fallen. Neighborhood feel and support, from little kids with brownies to people lining the streets and sitting on their front porches. Dedicated

All the distances of this race are worth running. The trails at Independence Oaks are challenging and the Back Roads are rolling hills. The scenery is gorgeous at this time of year, and the after party is great, with music, the famous Union Mac n cheese (the Clarkston Union was featured
