Epic Triathlon is very proud to be the pioneers in Florida to offer the new format in Triathlon, SUP TRI. In SUP TRI athletes will be given the option to race on a Standup Paddleboard as an alternative to the swimming portion of the Triathlon. SUP TRIathletes may race on any standup paddleboard they have, and will be placed in divisions based on board length to create an even playing field. The SUP portion of the race will run as the first leg and will be a distance of 3.2K over a course featuring multiple buoy turns.
