Hands down the greatest race I've ever competed in. From start to finish there was non-stop support from the spectators. Great support from my fellow runners as well. I've run the Sunset Classic 5 Miler at least 6 times but had not run it since 2013 due to my work schedule. This was the 29th anniversay of the race and it was great. 480 runners on a warm summer night. The race starts at 7:30pm. A fast scenic course

The water stations were the cleanest I've ever seen at a race. I didn't have any worries about slipping and falling on empty cups.
The tear down of timing signs began way too early.
