This was a well-organized race with fantastic on-course support. It was really warm (72 degrees and sunny!) and I appreciated the abundant water stations, which usually isn't something I notice. The course has gorgeous views of the ocean outbound along Highway 101, and then you come back on the inner portion

We had a nice time. There is nothing big and asplashya� about this event. You show up and do your thing. Staff along the run were super friendly and pointed out tripping hazards and flagged traffic. Their cheering us on was appreciated. The long sleeve shirts are nice.

Loved the whole concept of this race. It is to raise awareness of cancers kids and dogs both develop, and so has both a 5K and 1 Mi. Fun Run for the kids, as well as a 1 mile "Dog Jog!" We were able to do the 5K race
