Ellicott City 5K/10K - Ellicott City, Maryland - Running

The Ellicott City 5K/10K is a Running race in Ellicott City, Maryland consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 10K Relay and 5K.

Starting and finishing at Banneker Historical Park in Oella, the race provides athletes with moderate to challenging course on rural road and pathways. This event is perfect for both beginners and experienced athletes. Both the 5K and 10K races will start at the same time. The Kid's Fun Run will follow the start of the 5K/10K. 5K participants must be at least 7 years old on race day. The 3.1 mile course uses portions of Rt. 144 and Trolley Trail #9. Start/finish will be at Banneker Historical Park in Oella, Ellicott City. 100% of the course is on paved road or path surface. Strollers are NOT permitted on the run course.

5K runners will complete ONE loop of the run course. A water station will be at mile 1.5 on the course. 10K participants must be at least 10 years old on race day. The 6.2 mile course uses portions of Rt. 144 and Trolley Trail #9. Start/finish will be at Banneker Historical Park in Oella, Ellicott City. 100% of the course is on paved road or path surface. Strollers are NOT permitted on the run course.

Runners will share the looped course with the 5K course. 10K runners will complete TWO loops. Water stations will be located at mile 1.5, 3 & 4.5 on the looped course.
