This is the 2nd year I have run this race. As I walked out the door my wife questioned my sanity leaving my house at 7:30am on a very rainy and windy Sunday morning. A 50 mile drive for a 5K Run. Like last year This was a

"The registration and pick-up went quickly and easily but the race start was a mess. It was difficult to make our way to pacer groups and it could have been much better organized by calling people to line up in groups rather than all at once.

The biggest problem for me

"This was the 40th Anniversary of the Fred D'Elia Ridgewood Run. Kudos go out to North Jersey Masters for putting on a number of great events on this day. I've lost count of the number of times I have run this race but for the most part it has been one
